Built-up area is calculated based on total area to be constructed. Generally a simple formula is- total area to be constructed on a floor X no. of slabs (floors) + ground floor area.

Rough cost is calculated based on built-up area (in sq.ft.). Based on your requirements, we multiply the cost of construction with built-up area. For example if cost of construction is 2000/- per sq. ft and total built up area is 1800 sq. ft, cost of construction will be - 2000 X 1800 = 36,00,000/-
Please note that this is a rough estimate and real cost will be calculated based on many factors which we discuss and gather during our multiple meetings.
