Built-up area is calculated based on total area to be constructed. Generally a simple formula is- total area to be constructed on a floor X no. of slabs (floors) + ground floor area.

Rough cost is calculated based on built-up area (in sq.ft.). Based on your requirements, we multiply the cost of construction with built-up area. For example if cost of construction is 2000/- per sq. ft and total built up area is 1800 sq. ft, cost of construction will be - 2000 X 1800 = 36,00,000/- Please note that this is a rough estimate and real cost will be calculated based on many factors which we discuss and gather during our multiple meetings.

Design concept is the blueprint of what your space will look like. This is explained with the help of drawings, color pallettes and reference designs. A proposal includes design concept and BOQ/quotation to provide you details on what is proposed design concept and costs to execute.

You can request as many design updates as you may want, until you get what you want. This will only be increasing timelines. Moreover, once the design concept and proposal is finalised, it is not advisable to request any further updates as it might affect the completion date as well as budget.
